Dear Vendor:
The Hispanic Festival Inc. would like to invite you to participate in our 2011 Hispanic festivals held in Florissant and in downtown St. Louis. Please complete and submit the enclosed applications and money immediately. In addition, please include 2 self-addressed, stamped legal size envelopes or your applications will be returned!
The largest and most celebrated festival Greater St. Louis Hispanic Festival will take place Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, September 16,17, & 18 in downtown St. Louis. All vendors will have to set up their booths Thursday, September 15, after 5:00pm. The mandatory vendors meeting for this festival will be held Thursday, August 25 at 6:30pm at Summit Distributing.
PLEASE NOTE: for all festivals, vendors are responsible for their own 10 X 10 tents (must include four sides), tables and chairs. Vendors must also decorate their booths with a Hispanic theme.
Food vendors cooking with propane are responsible for obtaining their own permit from the City Fire Marshall for the Greater St. Louis Hispanic Festival. Please take care of this ahead of time because you will not be allowed to operate without one.
Also, like last year, there will be a $50 refundable cleaning deposit required of all vendors who participate in the Greater St. Louis Hispanic Festival downtown.
